These brand new high quality twin internal glass mounted antennas are best installed one in the top left hand corner of the front windscreen and the other on the rear windscreen to provide full 360 degree signal capture coverage of the vehicle. These can however be installed on the rear quarter windows one on the left hand side and one on the right hand side but must not be fitted on top of heated elements. These antennas operate via a 5V feed directly from the TV tuner and will require to be switched on via the on screen TV tuner menu. If you have tinted or reflective glass in your vehicle, we can supply a separate Twin kit that will operate accordingly – please let us know (email us) if you require these.

These brand new high quality twin internal glass mounted antennas are best installed one in the top left hand corner of the front windscreen and the other on the rear windscreen to provide full 360 degree signal capture coverage of the vehicle. These can however be installed on the rear quarter windows one on the left hand side and one on the right hand side but must not be fitted on top of heated elements. These antennas operate via a 5V feed directly from the TV tuner and will require to be switched on via the on screen TV tuner menu. Important Information For BMW Vehicles With The CCC i-Drive Controller

For vehicles with the CCC i-Drive controller (see picture above), please note that if your vehicle has a brown i-Drive navigation screen, you will require to get a software upgrade from your local BMW dealer before installation of our digital TV upgrade conversion. If your i-drive navigation system is silver or grey then no additional software upgrade is required.

Important Information For BMW Vehicles With The CIC i-Drive Controller 

For vehicles with the CIC i-Drive controller (see picture above), please note that if your vehicle has a factory fitted reversing camera, this digital TV upgrade system is not suitable for your vehicle.

Retro Fitted Aftermarket Multi Media Adapter Or Modifications

Please also note that if either of the above professional i-Drive systems have been modified or fitted with an aftermarket retro multimedia product, this will require to be disconnected to allow our Digital TV upgrade conversion to be installed.
